Maryna Mariyenkois a German artist, born in Ukraine in 1982 and based in the South of France. She studied design at FOS Nelly-Pütz in Düren and photography at BFS Kartäuserwall in Cologne before relocating to France in 2013, where she fully devoted herself to painting and developed her distinctive artistic language.

Her practice is defined by vibrant, high-relief compositions that merge painting and sculpture into immersive, tactile experiences. Working primarily with acrylics and mixed media, Maryna builds meticulously layered surfaces composed of hundreds of individual strokes and sculpted elements. This intricate process transforms the canvas into a dynamic field of color, light, and movement, inviting viewers to engage both visually and physically with the work.

Each composition radiates energy and rhythm, balancing precision with spontaneity. Her chromatic choices ranging from bold, saturated contrasts to subtle tonal harmonies are central to her visual language, evoking emotions that oscillate between joy, contemplation, and sensory wonder.

Her works are part of prominent private collections, including those of H.S.H. Prince Albert II of Monaco, renowned art dealer D. Nahmad, members of the Saudi royal family, and other notable collectors worldwide.
